Booking Conditions: 25% upon reserving apartment. Balance is due six weeks prior to departure to Spain. A security deposit of £100 per adult is taken to cover any breakages, damage to property, lost keys, etc, etc. This will of course be refunded to you immediately on your return as soon as our agent has checked the property. Min booking 1 week for periods including Christmas Day, New Years Day or Easter Sunday.

Our prices are based on up to 4 persons sharing and include electricity, water and FREE use of the pool, tennis, gymnasium, saunas, jacuzzi, etc.. Please add 7.5% for each extra person over 4 persons to cover cost of extra linen, towels, cleaning, etc.

Duvets, pillows, linen and towels, including beach towels, (saves loads of weight and space in your luggage!) are provided. The apartment will be cleaned by us prior to your arrival.

Maid Service is also available and we would be delighted to assist with car hire or airport transfers - please ask for rates.

Beds may be arranged as singles or doubles as required and a double duvet and sheet is available on request.

A basic Welcome Pack of 'goodies' is available for approximately €30 (paid locally) if required, or €45 to include some beer and wine.

A WiFi point is available in the apartment since summer 2010. WiFi points are also available closeby in a number of bars, restaurants and hotels, etc.

Bookings are accepted entirely at holidaymakers' own risk and adequate travel insurance is strongly recommended.
