January 2009. Thank you very much for taking an interest in our website and our lovely holiday home in the sun - we hope that you will soon become our guests. Thanks, also, to our many existing holiday-maker friends who have already enjoyed the sunshine and a relaxing visit to the 'Hacienda' - we very much appreciate all of your kind comments, reviews and recommendations, a selection of which can be found within these pages and on the various other websites that we contribute to.
2008 really was an excellent year for us with new clients from all over the world - we salute you all - and we hope, with your kind help, to build further on that success this year. Upgrading of our homes continues with several improvements to the decor and furnishings, etc, which we hope will provide ever more luxury and comfort. May we also say how nice it has been to have had so many guests from 'foreign' places - we are sorry and embarrased that we are so useless at languages and very much appreciate your efforts and success with 'English' - many of you speak it far better than we do!
Finally, most of us will be looking for ways to conserve our finances during the more difficult months ahead, and we firmly believe that renting your holiday accomodation from the owners DIRECT is an even more worthwhile economy these days. May 2009. Wow! Bookings have been even stronger this year than last year, despite the 'crunch' - thank you all very much indeed. We have already looked after many delighted guests (we'll get the latest recommendations posted as soon as we can find a few spare moments) who have all enjoyed really smashing holidays at the 'Haci' - why don't YOU give it a try? We KNOW you'll have a fabulous time. A BIG 'thankyou' also to Mike and Simon who design and host our website - you're doing a superb job and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your services to our friends and colleagues. Finally, just a quick reminder to contact us directly for availability updates, rather than relying on the our calendar, as things are changing continually at the moment. August 2009. Due to the awful UK summer weather and the improved euro exchange rate enquiry levels and bookings remain brisk even for the autumnal months. We are also now able to arrange airport transfers at excellent rates through our agent in Spain. We've also added more GUEST FEEDBACK which you can find on our About our Apartments page - many thanks, once again, to all who have taken the time and trouble to write to us with your comments and observations which really do help us to identify ways to provide the very best holiday accommodation possible.
November 2009. The UK weather remains absolutely 'ORRIBLE and bookable space for summer 2010 is starting to look scarce already- do let us know your required dates ASAP to avoid disappointment and keep an eye on our SPECIAL OFFERS page for great deals on winter bookings.
January 2010. For all you guys who haven't yet booked your hols this year, we're filling up fast! This is proving a very cold, wet, icy winter and we can't wait to get back out to the reliable warm Costa Del Sol sunshine- we look forward to hearing from you very soon!

April 2011. The peak season is nearly full for this year already so don't delay getting in touch with your bookings! It turned out to be another decent winter weather-wise on the Costa and our winter visitors had very nice warm days generally...we hope that you'll come again next winter.
July 2011. We are now offering holiday lets in a second,virtually identical, apartment in the same block so may be able to accomodate even larger parties depending on availability. Do you like to go on holiday with your best friends or extended family? Just contact us for a quote...
December 2011. Well, another great year, thanks very much indeed to all our guests both old and new, from the UK and also from many different countries. We visit ourselves, of course, whenever we can and invariably we will get out the paint pots and freshen things up, etc, so it's always in good order. This winter the weather seems to be largely excellent so why not consider a few days in the sunshine in February or March when our prices are very low; it'll banish those winter blues for a while!
January 2012. Please be aware that enquiries for the peak months of July and August in particular are coming in thick and fast now so we expect that availability will quickly become very tight very soon this year. So, check out those flights and let us know your prefered dates as soon as poss!
July 2012. Phew, the year is flying by, now half way through, and the weather in Marbella has been absolutely wonderful. Unlike the poor old UK! We are delighted to report that the brand new underpass at San Pedro and the new service road between our complex and the Benahavis junction are now complete and open, which makes getting around the coast even easier. Thanks so much to all of our wonderful guests so far this year, both old and new, and we look forward to welcoming you again soon.
